To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
The maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Microsoft), you authorize the Service to access relevant data solely to provide functionality.

You agree to comply with U.S. and international export control laws. You may not use the Service in violation of these laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
