What it covers
- Realisation. Collected value against standard value, by matter and by partner, not one firm-wide average, so the handful of relationships doing most of the damage are visible.
- Write-offs. The total, the pattern, and who approved each one, because a write-off with no approver is a default rather than a decision.
- Lock-up. The days between work done and cash landed, by matter type and by partner, and what each day is costing in working capital.
- Unrecorded time and scope. How long work takes to reach the time sheet, and how often matters outgrew their estimate without the change going in writing, priced at your blended rate.
What you get

The numbers come from the practice management system, not from memory, so it goes deeper than the free diagnostic could: that was a self-scored reading of thirteen answers; this is a measurement.
How it works
